Veteran Nollywood Actor, Mr. Sam Obiago, popularly known as Daddy Sam / Uncle Sam, is dead.
The sad news of his sudden exit was announced by the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Chief Emeka Rollas. He shared a photo of the late Actor on his facebook page and wrote “Another Sad Day. RIP Daddy Sam”.
Prior to his death, Sam Obiago lived in Asaba where he thrived in the Nollywood Industry. He often played the role of a King in Nollywood movies.
Though the cause of his death has not been disclosed, it was gathered that he had an underlying ailment – Stroke. So many of his fans have expressed their condolences while praying for the repose of his soul.
